Audit Energetic
Starting with the 1st of January, 2011 every building offered for sale or rent will need to be accompanied by an Energy Performance Certificate obtained on the basis of an energy audit.

The main activity of Audit Energetic S.R.L. is the thermal and energetic expertizing of residential buildings.
This operation consists in determining the real termotechnical and functional characteristics of the building - installation system, in order to assess the building in terms of energy.
The energy audit for buildings is the operation through which we set the technical and economical solutions needed for the rehabilitation and modernization of the building’s heat power system based on the thermal and energetic results of the building.
Performing an Energy Audit requires following these stages:

Performing thermal and energy analysis, using the following equipments:
- Thermal Imaging Camera - it helps identify anomalies and weaknesses in terms of building temperature and also helps the maintenance and monitoring of the building before and after rehabilitation. The Thermal Imaging Camera can identify any heat losses and helps to avoid any unnecessary costs related to heating the home. The identification of wet surfaces and fast location of high-risk areas for the appearance of mold is a unique feature to the thermal imaging of buildings.
- Device for measuring and checking the tightness of the building envelope - the tightness of the building envelope is a prerequisite for achieving optimal energy standards for both new and existing buildings. Only through eliminating any unwanted air infiltrations can the energy saving potential of a building be reached. Also, the structural damage caused by the convective transport of moisture in the building’s envelope can be avoided. -
